Will it look exactly like my photo?

Your photo becomes a stylized digital portrait, rather than an unchanged photograph. You review the artwork before printing. Small screen-to-print color differences can occur.

Is it hand-painted?

It is a digital portrait, not an original hand-painted artwork. Digital illustration tools are used to create the design, which is checked and arranged for print.

Can I ask for changes?

One round of minor adjustments within the selected style is included. We also correct errors we introduce. A different photo or style may require a new quote before proceeding.

What if I do not reply to my preview?

We follow up and keep the order out of production. We do not print without your approval. If timing changes, we explain the available options.

Can I include two pets?

Current designs include one pet per artwork. Please create a separate personalized item for each pet.

Can I cancel?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel before production begins. Changes may no longer be possible after production starts. This does not limit your rights when an item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Where do you deliver?

Our ornament shipping zones cover the United States and European Union destinations available at checkout. See our Shipping page for charges, production and transit estimates, and international import information.

How can I contact you?

For photo questions, artwork previews, order updates or help with an item, email hello@hearthtailstudio.com or use the form below. Include your order number if available.

Customer support target: 2–3 business days. This is a response target, not a guaranteed artwork or delivery deadline.

Please do not send passwords, card details or identity documents.

What about Christmas?

Check the current holiday notice. We do not guarantee Christmas arrival unless a specific commitment is displayed for your order.

Do you use my photo in ads?

We seek separate permission for advertising use. Uploading an order photo does not sign you up to marketing.
