1. Send their best photo.
Pick a clear image of one pet. Add their name and your chosen details. If we need a better photo, we will help you choose one.
2. Review their portrait.
We create a stylized digital portrait and email a preview. Check the face, spelling, and any dates. One round of minor adjustments within your chosen style is included; we also correct errors we introduce.
3. Approve, then we print.
We do not treat silence as approval. Once you approve the artwork, your design can be sent to our production partner.
4. Keep them close.
Your keepsake is made to order and sent to you. You will receive shipping information when it is dispatched.
