United States, Canada, Australia and European Union

Hearthtail ornament shipping is offered to the United States, Canada, Australia and European Union destinations available at checkout. The final available service and charge are shown before payment. The UK is not part of the EU shipping zone.

Shipping charges

United States: USD $4.99 per ornament-only order. Canada, Australia and European Union: USD $8.99 per ornament-only order. These are our retail flat shipping charges, not a promise that every supplier shipment has the same cost. Other product types or separate orders may have separate charges. Any currency conversion and applicable checkout tax are displayed at checkout.

Artwork comes first

We review the supplied photo and prepare a stylized digital portrait. We contact you if a clearer photo is needed. Please check the portrait, spelling, background and any dates in your proof. We do not print until you approve. Artwork preparation, requested changes and time waiting for your reply are additional to production and transit.

Production and transit estimates

Our production partner publishes typical production of 1–3 business days, with peak periods potentially taking 3–7 business days, after the order is ready for production. Its published standard transit estimates are 2–5 business days within the US and 14–21 business days internationally. These are estimates, not an order-specific delivery guarantee. Customs, remote destinations, carrier disruption and peak demand can extend delivery. We provide updated timing if a delay affects your order.

International charges

Shipping is not a promise of duty-paid delivery. For international destinations, applicable import taxes, duties or carrier clearance charges may be payable unless explicitly collected and identified at checkout. Amounts collected at checkout and amounts payable on import must not be treated as the same charge. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.

Christmas and other deadlines

We do not guarantee Christmas arrival unless an explicit commitment is provided for your order. Production and carrier time begin at different stages; placing an order does not start printing before artwork approval.

Tracking, address changes and delays

We provide tracking when the order is dispatched. Contact us promptly if the address needs correction, tracking appears stalled, or a parcel is damaged or missing. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If a promised dispatch schedule cannot be met, we explain the delay and available options, including cancellation and refund where required. Please contact us before returning any item.
