Start with a photo that looks like them.

A good starting point

Choose a sharp original photo in natural light, showing your pet’s face and ears. A head-and-shoulders view works well. You do not need to remove the background.

Please avoid

Very dark images, screenshots, motion blur, heavy filters, or a crop that cuts off important features. We can simplify a background, but we cannot reliably recreate details we cannot see.

One pet per design

If your favorite photo includes more than one pet, please identify which pet the order is for or choose a photo of that pet alone.
