Hearthtail Studio is a storefront operated by QuantumVibe, a United States business. Customer support: hello@hearthtailstudio.com. These terms apply to purchases through this storefront.

Personalized keepsakes

Each design includes one pet unless the product page explicitly states otherwise. Your photo becomes a stylized digital portrait using digital artwork tools; this is not an original hand-painted piece. Product images marked as mockups are design examples, not photographs of a manufactured sample.

Photos and personalization

Supply a clear photo you have permission to use and accurate personalization. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information. You retain rights in your submitted photo and permit us and the service providers needed for your order to process it for artwork preparation, proof review, printing, delivery and support. Separate permission is required for advertising use of your photo.

Approval and production

We send an artwork proof and require your approval before production. One round of minor changes within the selected style is included; we correct our errors. A different photo or style may require a quote which you can accept or decline before additional work. Screen-to-print colour differences may occur; this does not excuse a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

Prices, delivery and offers

The order summary shows product prices, eligible discounts and shipping before payment. Shipping, import charges and taxes are described in our Shipping Policy and checkout. Offers apply only under their stated conditions; welcome and multi-item discounts do not combine. Estimates are not a Christmas-arrival guarantee. Material price or availability errors will be communicated with the options available under applicable law, rather than silently changing an accepted order.

Product care

These ceramic ornaments are decorative keepsakes, not toys, pet toys, food-contact products or safety equipment. Ceramic can break. Keep the ornament and hanging cord away from children and pets; handle gently and wipe with a soft cloth.

Support and your rights

Our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies form part of the information for your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first so we can help resolve an issue.
